In order for ItzulBaita to remain true to its goals and successfully carry out its declared activities, a method of working has been developed under which each project will be a controlled process, clearly defined, meticulously documented, and freely shared with other involved associations and people.
Controlled process. ItzulBaita will analyze the requirements of the different fields related to translation and will design specific projects as necessary. It will clearly state what specific steps are to be taken, and will strive to move forward with respect to the work already completed and to serve as a solid base for future activities.
Shared process. The initiatives of ItzulBaita will always be part of a shared process in which ItzulBaita will make every effort to identify appropriate contributors for each project and to cultivate consensus. Keeping in mind that it is essential in any collaboration to respect the work of others, ItzulBaita will not take charge of the projects of other groups or people in the interest of integrating itself smoothly in the overall process.
Given that each project will be a controlled process entrusted to other groups or people, ItzulBaita will develop specific protocols and methods of working that allow information and knowledge to be shared. Each project will be meticulously documented and ItzulBaita will produce a report for each one detailing its specific goals, the applied procedures, any difficulties encountered, the names of the contributors and an overall assessment.
